My husband and I had a great experience with Summit Tree Care. We had a very large Chinese Elm that needed to be removed as it was dying and getting too close for comfort to our neighbors house. I called Sam and he was very prompt in my request for a quote- showing up in person and taking time to carefully examine the job. Out of the three companies I had gotten quotes from his was the best by far. I appreciated how communicative he was with me concerning the job and his ability to get us on his schedule quickly. He and Micah showed up on time, worked carefully and quickly and even went beyond the hired job and cut up a very large tree trunk that had been in our yard. The job was tricky, as the tree was very close to an electric box and our neighbor's trees/house. Sam and Micah were able to avoid causing damage to anything in my neighbor's yard or the electric box. We strongly recommend this company to anyone looking for a competent, professional tree service and we will be using them for future tree projects. Thanks Sam and Micah! Can’t recommend this company enough! We had a tree fall on our house and Sam came out the same afternoon to assess the work and was out the next morning to remove it. Appreciated his communication with the project and he was very knowledgeable. I hope I don’t need another tree removed in the future, but if I do I’ll call Sam!

Any doubts for mistakes are vaporized when Sam assesses the situation and gives his expert recommendations. Sam was punctual, returned calls and messages promptly, was very knowledgeable, did great work, and cleaned up afterwards. Sam from Summit Tree Care did a fantastic job taking down multiple trees. Ground the stumps completely, and even took out a long, large root, that we weren’t expecting to be removed. Great guy Sam is very knowledge able very nice to work with and very helpful. He came out to my house to remove a tree that was posing a risk of falling on my house he had that tree down in under 2hrs. Great guy and works very hard if I ever need something cut down this is the guy.

Sam is an experienced tree man, and was very responsive to my job. He was very reasonable on price, did an excellent job cleaning up the wood and brush from 2 trees, and expertly removed the stumps. Summit Tree Care was very professional and did a great job. We had (1) large tree and (2) large bushes removed. They arrived on time and were careful not to disturb any of our other plants. Summit took down our 30 ft blue spruce that was now too close to the house and did a fabulous job. They took the tree down quickly and safely. I was particularly impressed with the cleanup. They ran the chipper in the driveway and when they left you couldn’t tell they were even there. They also ground out the stump and if there wasn’t a little sawdust there you would never have known there was a tree there a day ago. Highly recommend!

Sam has now taken down two trees for us, both 150+ year old oaks in very precarious locations between our house and an out building. He works quickly, is extremely communicative about cost and timing, and is extremely knowledgeable about trees! He’s done a great job for us, and we will certainly be using him again should we need it in the future!
